Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Germany are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Is there free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over €75 within Germany. International shipping rates vary by destination.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at mozaikacollective@gmail.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at mozaikacollective@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item?
The easiest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order. Once your return is approved and processed, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at mozaikacollective@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will make it right.
Products
Are the products really handmade?
Absolutely. Every single piece in our collection is handcrafted by independent artisan designers. Knitted pieces can take 30–80 hours to complete. Because of this, each item has its own unique character — slight variations in colour, stitch or pattern are a natural part of the process and not considered defects.
Are the clay rings water-resistant?
No — polymer clay rings should be kept away from water, perfume and lotions. Remove them before washing your hands, swimming or showering. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How do I care for my brass jewellery?
Brass is a natural metal that may develop a patina over time — this is perfectly normal and adds character. To restore shine, gently polish with a dry soft cloth. Avoid contact with water, perfume and lotions, and store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
How do I care for my knitted items?
All knitted pieces should be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron. Sweatshirts can be machine washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
Do the scarves and beanies come in different sizes?
Most of our knitted accessories are one size. Scarves measure approximately 160–170 cm × 18–20 cm. Beanies fit head circumferences of approximately 54–60 cm. Sweatshirts are oversized one-size, fitting approximately EU 36–42.
About Mozaika Collective
Who are the designers behind the products?
Mozaika Collective is a Berlin-based platform that brings together independent artisan designers from different backgrounds. Our current collaborators include Zone Design, Maison Sacrée, Momeni Vivaldi, Mozaika Jewellery and Bael Istanbul. Each brand has its own story and craft.
