Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Mozaika Collective, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and sustainably as possible. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping rates, delivery times, and international shipping options.

1. Shipping within Germany

We ship all domestic orders via DHL.

• Standard Shipping: €6.90
• Free Shipping: On orders over €100.00
• Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after receipt of payment.

2. International Shipping

We ship to the following regions using DHL or UPS. Delivery times for international orders vary between 5–10 business days.

*Note: For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
• Most orders are ready to ship within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed.
• During sale periods or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status online.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the package from a DHL station, the costs for a second shipping attempt must be covered by the customer.

6. Returns
